Question: Why don’t you post your prices (rates & fees)?

Answer: The reason why we don’t post “Cookie Cutter Rates Online” is that we do a custom, personalized, analysis of  a company’s merchant account.  When a business owner/manager provides us with a current copy of their credit card processing statement, we are able to use that as leverage, to provide extremely low pricing.  In addition, we enjoy educating people on what they are being charged.  Typically, there are a handful of extra fees that can be removed and we like the ability to take someone’s statement and explain it to them in detail.  At that time we are able to show them the value we bring, through personal attention and the savings we provide.

Within the credit card processing industry, attrition rates can be as high as 20% annually.  Mitchell From’s Element Payment Services office is proud to say that they maintain an annual attrition rate below 5%.  Due to the nature of how he builds his business, his customers do not leave or “flip” to other credit card processors.  The first thing that sets Mitchell and his team apart from other processing companies, is that they start the business relationship by saving everyone money on their credit card processing services.
